I was almost a little disappointed our buying process went so smoothly I kind of wanted someone to try something shady so we could see Elizabeth smack them down with a smile.īesides being an awesome realtor generally, she also really knows the Andersonville / Edgewater neighborhoods and buildings. She's really friendly and personable, but you can also tell that she's super confident and will fight for you. When we first met, my wife and I got the strong sense that Elizabeth was the kind of person we wanted on our side. She was recommended to us by Great Lakes Credit Union, and she really lived up to the recommendation and all the positive reviews we saw for her online. My wife and I had an awesome experience with Elizabeth buying our first condo. We highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs.
They assisted us from beginning to end and are deeply grateful to have such professional expertise to help us through the buying and selling process. We now have had the opportunity to work with both Elizabeth and Santiago and used them to sell our home. From there on he listened to our needs, sent us listings to help us narrow our search, met with us as we looked until we found just the right home. Although not the home of our choice, Santiago engaged us with his professionalism, courtesy and efficiency. One fortunate day, we were in an Open House in Lincoln Park, there we met Santiago Valdez. After several trips driving around the city, going to open houses and looking at communities, we felt overwhelmed and had been making no progress in our decision making. Unfamiliar with homes in the area, we began driving into Chicago looking for homes in communities that we thought would be a great fit. He was commuting there by train each day for a year. We decided to move to downtown Chicago to be closer to his work. My husband and I met Santiago around 2014 while we were renting a home in Indiana. I can't recommend Elizabeth & Santiago more highly! 10+ stars! They also really love and knew the neighborhood, even tho they themselves were at the time not living there. There was an offer for the condo within a day or two of listing it, after one day of showing. Santiago and Elizabeth have a team of top notch professionals working for them, down to the photographer. By the time we were ready to list mom's condo, everything went super smoothly. Much of our interaction took place via emails, as I lived in another state. She spent her Sunday running around to other clients in the neighborhood, delivering orchids despite the crazy weather!
It just happened to be a fluke snowy day mid April on my mom's birthday, while I was there, visiting. She spontaneously dropped in on my mom one day with a little orchid plant. She gave us excellent advice about what exactly was best to prioritize while preparing for the sale. Elizabeth began helping my mom and I sell my mother's condo nearly three years prior to the sale.
